Delivery & Tracking

 

1. FREE DELIVERY, allowed countries:

We offer a free delivery service to the following european countries: Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherland, Poland, Portugal, San Marino, Spain, United Kingdom and Vatican City.

We can also deliver our merchandise also to the following countries for an additional shipping fee: Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia and Sweden. Contact us for an estimation of the shipping costs and of the required transit times. Please send us an email to support@camera77.com and we will send you a transport quotation (note that countries outside EU may incur into additional charges for custom clearance and local taxes).

2. Insurance:

All our shipments are cobered by a shipping insurance against all transport damages, malicious box openings, seal tampering and theft. We pack items in the best possible way in order to avoid damage during transport (bubble foam inside + carton fillings etc.). We also seal each carton with our own security tape in order to prevent unauthorized carton opening. If you receive an opened box or a box with a tampered seal please sign the driver's receipt conditionally and contact us immediately. The shipment of all merchandise is made from our Main European Logistic Hub directly to your door with no additional fees for you and using a well-known and reputable express courier (we generally use UPS, DHL or TNT depending on destinations).

3. Transit Times & Tracking Numbers:

The products listed on the website as "In Stock" are generally shipped from our warehouse within the next 24/36 hours from the order date. Depending on destination it can take up to a total of 5/6 working days for the package to arrive to your door after it has left our warehouse (delays can happen occasionally as there are many uncontrollable factors in the process of shipment). We try to keep product availability on the websites as updated as possible, but sometimes mistakes can happen. Therefore under certain and very rare circumstances a product might be labeled as "in stock" on the website while, in fact, it is not. In such cases we will inform you immediately and will give you expected restocking schedule & dispatch time to your destination, giving you the option to cancel the order and get immediately a full refund.
 
Some other products might be listed on the website with a "Delivery in 6/8 Days" label. Such items are either special order items (ie a special order will be made to our supplier), either products which are temporary out-of-stock and in process of being re-stocked. The re-stocking time-frame is generally correct even if delays can always happen. 

As soon as shipment has been complete we will supply you a Tracking Number by email. Please note that delivery details and delivery status of the package will be visible on the courier's website only after after the courier company has updated the information on their website. This process can take up to 48 hours. Unfortunately the time required for the tracking number to reflect the status of your package is only subject to the courier and it is out of our control. You will get an email from our system as soon as the tracking number of the shipment has been received by us from the forwarding company.

4. Delivery Address:

Since we only accept PAYPAL as payment we must strictly follow Paypal Rules for shipment. For this reason we can only ship merchandise to the delivery address WHICH HAS BEEN REGISTERED AND SPECIFIED BY YOU IN YOUR PAYPAL ACCOUNT. Exceptions to this rule ARE NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. If you wish to ship goods to a different address please be sure to add the new address to the list of allowed addresses in your Paypal Account before completing the order with us.

When completing the order please also add a phone number where we can reach you for urgent matters regarding you order.

5. Insurance:

All shipments are covered in full against  any physical loss, damage theft of the goods during transit, up to the product value. You may opt for another shipment of the same goods as a replacement or a refund of product value, subject to satisfactory proof of physical loss or damage of the goods obtained from courier or any other related parties if deemed necessary.

At receipt please always check carton seals and/or search for signs of box tampering before accepting the shipment. Should the box be damaged or tampered please always sign the driver's receipt conditionally with a brief description of box condition (like "box opened" or "seals tampered" etc.). You will also have to notify us at email address support@camera77.com within 48 hours after receipt. After this time, we will deem you to have received the parcel in good working condition and therefore we regret that all claims will not be proceeded thereof. 

6. Cancellation during delivery:

If you changed your mind and want to cancel the order and get a refund while the package is being delivered to you please refer to our Cancellation & Returns page for additional information. 

7. PO Box Addresses:

We are not able to offer shipping to PO Box addresses and/or to Hotel & Guest house addresses.
